What You’ll Be Doing:

• Own technical delivery, roadmap execution, and platform strategy.
• Lead and inspire cross-functional engineering teams (DevOps, QA, Software Engineering). 
• Embed security, compliance, and observability best practices across the SDLC. 
• Drive innovation through AI, automation, and data-driven optimisation. 
• Ensure software meets high standards of performance, usability, and resilience. 

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience leading large-scale SaaS engineering teams in cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure). 
• Proven ability to scale technical delivery while improving velocity and quality. 
• Strong grasp of secure development, platform governance, and regulatory standards (SOC 2, GDPR). 
• Effective collaborator with Product, Architecture, and commercial stakeholders.
