We’re hiring a Support Operations & AI Quality Intern to help improve how AI supports customers and teams at IRIS.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who is curious about technology and wants to understand how AI works in real business situations.

You don’t need to build AI systems - you’ll help make sure they work properly and deliver a great experience.

This is a 6-week full-time internship (40 hours per week) during June/July.

Why This Role Matters

AI is changing how businesses support their customers.

But for AI to be useful, it needs to be:

  • Accurate
  • Clear
  • Helpful
  • Reliable

This team makes sure that happens.

When AI works well, customers get better answers faster - and teams can focus on more important work.

Your role helps make sure AI improves the experience, not complicates it.

Why This Role Is a Brilliant Place to Start

Every check improves quality.
Every pattern you spot makes AI better.

In this role, you’ll learn how AI is used in real life - not theory, but how it actually performs and impacts people.

You’ll build confidence in:

  • Spotting issues and patterns
  • Working with structured data
  • Understanding customer experience
  • Supporting real-world technology

It’s a practical and accessible way to enter the world of AI and operations.

About the Team You'll Join

You’ll join the Support Operations & AI Enablement team.

This team focuses on:

  • Improving customer support processes
  • Making AI tools more effective
  • Helping teams work more efficiently

You’ll be part of a team that is shaping how technology is used across the business.

What You'll Be Doing

With clear guidance, you’ll focus on structured and meaningful work:

  • Review AI-generated responses for quality and accuracy
  • Flag anything unclear, incorrect, or confusing
  • Track common issues and patterns
  • Help monitor simple performance metrics
  • Support documentation and internal guides
  • Help keep data and trackers up to date

Your work will directly contribute to improving how AI performs.

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for students or recent graduates.

You could be a great fit if you:

  • Are interested in technology or AI
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Notice when something doesn’t look right
  • Stay organized and structured
  • Communicate clearly
  • Are open to learning new tools and processes

No AI experience is required.

What You’ll Gain

  • Exposure to how AI is used in real business environments
  • Hands-on experience in quality and operations
  • Skills in data tracking and analysis

  • A strong foundation for future tech or operations roles
