We're looking for an ambitious, resilient, and energetic Sales Executive to help us bring our payroll software solutions to small and growing businesses across the United States.

This is a genuine end-to-end sales role. You'll be responsible for the entire customer journey - from generating opportunities and booking meetings through to delivering demonstrations, building relationships, negotiating, and closing new business.

You'll have the freedom to own your pipeline, control your success, and directly influence your earnings through uncapped commission.

Location: Fully remote within the United States. To support collaboration with customers and colleagues across the North East United States, applicants must be based within the Central or Eastern time zones.

Compensation: The salary range displayed reflects our current expectations for the role. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, geographic location, and overall fit.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Generating your own sales opportunities through outbound activity, networking, referrals, and prospecting
  • Managing the entire sales process from first conversation through to signed agreement
  • Building relationships with business owners and decision makers
  • Understanding customer challenges and identifying how our payroll solutions can help
  • Delivering engaging sales presentations and software demonstrations
  • Managing a healthy sales pipeline and forecasting accurately
  • Following up opportunities and maintaining momentum throughout the sales cycle
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver a great customer experience
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Continuously developing your sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise

What We’re Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

  • Proven experience in a full-cycle B2B software sales role
  • Experience generating your own leads as well as closing business
  • A track record of managing opportunities from prospecting through to contract signature
  • Experience selling software solutions to business customers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • The confidence to engage decision makers and business owners
  • Excellent organisation and pipeline management skills

Particularly Valuable Experience:
 
  • Payroll software sales
  • HCM, HR, workforce management, or related software sales
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Experience selling solutions to small and growing businesses
