The Position: IT Business Applications team is seeking a Salesforce Team Lead or an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator who wishes to step up to a Team Lead position to form an integral part of the support and ongoing development of our Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ+ inc. Advanced Approvals) deployment and wider integrated applications platform. The successful candidate will have a record of delivery on a multi-cloud Salesforce org within an integrated platform. The Salesforce Team Lead is responsible for the overall successful delivery of the Salesforce platform. This role combines people's leadership, platform governance, and tactical ownership to ensure Salesforce effectively supports revenue growth, customer lifecycle management, and operational scalability. As a Salesforce Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
Qualifications: · A bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or related subject · Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required) Salesforce Platform App Builder (Required) · Experience in Salesforce Administration. · Experience of Support Desk, major incident management/critical incident handling. · Experience within any integration, web or financial applications is advantageous. · Experience or knowledge of change management procedures is advantageous. · Knowledge of data management abilities (Excel and/or SQL) · A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements · Understanding of the software development lifecycle and source control methodologies is highly advantageous · Working knowledge of Jira, and Confluence · Excellent documentation skills to ensure clear and comprehensive records of development activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. |
